Our Owner/Lead Stylist has 15 years of experience as a local Realtor, so we understand how Buyers think, and what will bring in the most amount of money. Buyers often lack the ability to envision what a home has to offer if it is empty, or the space isn't staged in a way that maximizes its potential. Our services range from decluttering, organizing and re-staging what's preexisting in the home, combining some of our pieces with yours to do a hybrid or "mixed" staging, or bringing in everything needed to fully stage a vacant space. Our 3,000 square foot warehouse is stocked with thousands of furnishing and decor pieces, of various sizes, styles, colors and quantities, which ensures we have exactly what we need to showcase your home properly. Whether we're providing a few pieces, or staging each room of a large home, we have you covered, and will work to create a space that buyers are excited to offer on. This means competitive offers, less time on the market, and a higher net proceeds amount than what would be received, if the home was not professionally prepared and staged. ​​​​
